3. Non-Returnable Items

4. Return Process

   Provide the order number and reason for the return (with photos if applicable).

   Once approved, the product must be shipped to our inspection center.

   After confirmation, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.
   

5. Shipping Costs

  If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error from our side, TroliTwo will cover all shipping costs.

  If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for shipping fees both ways.
  

6. Warranty

• 
  All electronic devices come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
  
• 
  The warranty does not cover damage caused by drops, liquids, or misuse.
